    finally got around to watching this… very fun and entertaining in Bourdain’s usual quirky way! I’m sure there will be plenty of reports about Vancouver’s cultural scene during the Olympics.

    I only managed to watch the first two episodes before things started to get a bit crazy with work and travel, etc but am glad I came back to finish them all. Definitely a fun episode. And that salmon with miso sauce at the end, I reckon it’s worth having a go…though am pretty sure mine won’t taste as good. :D
