    I think about all we need to know is dark chocolate is good for you… but this goes into the alchemic process as well…

    Good to know how quality control is performed in the process of chocolate making. I love dark chocolates, but the really good stuff which is 85% and up can be a bit bitter sometimes.

    I wish I liked dark chocolate more, I am trying but I still prefer milk chocolate. Sigh…
