    The only Me-he-ko/US border crossing I have done was in San Diego/Tijuana, and I thought it was pretty amazing, the contrast between the two places. So close in proximity and yet poles apart in everything else…except may be for food. The Texas/US border seems a lot wilder…I want to go to that wild, wild south of the border one day! :)

    Yes, I was stuck by the contrast as well going from San Diego to Tijuana although that was so long ago. I wonder how it is now.
