what a great anthem and political song this was / is! Not sure how much has changed but there is certainly a whole new generation of Australian protest songs… notably “Water” by Brown King Blue which I know I have sent you before.

Love this song - was pretty big when it first came out, wasn’t it. But of course I didn’t know much about the significance of it until I moved to Australia.

It still sounds pretty good… I think the lead singer is now a politician.
