well, the latest news is that the PM has agreed to resign after a court ruling. Hopefully that will bring things to an end. I am not at all up to date on Thailand politics to know which side is truly the bad guy here. Regardless of that it seems that politics and the fight for power put the daily lives and jobs of the average person seriously at risk.
the realist in me though expects that there will be repurcussions at some later date from those who have just been displaced from power…
David, I wonder if you are hearing anything about the current political situation in Canada? The 3 left / progressive parties are attempting to form a coalition to remove the current Conservative government from power through constitutional means. Very exciting times here, though also turbulent and potentially disasterous… I’ll try to send you a link about it.
