Yes, it’s been well documented now that a psychedelic experience is the same state as what’s commonly referred to as the nirvana state or peak experiences. It is interesting to note that the study of consciousness at the root of Tibetan Buddhism is outlawed by China just as it’s chemical equivalent is outlawed in the U.S. and other unenlightened western powers. It is probably the understanding of that state that would help elevate man beyond his habitual ignorance, fear and hate.
