There are no fat trees in the forest…very interesting conceptual supposition…when do we start to put pen to paper?

I know, do we really have to wait until Los Angeles is destroyed?

I just typed a comment and had it rejected again… it must be because I included a hyperlink as part of it.

anyways this scenario seems a bit too abstract to ever become real… enviro-utopianism? perhaps it works as a metaphor for the direction we need to go in.

the hyperlink I am trying to include is related to dynamic architecture in dubai… wonder if you have seen this proposed twisting building?

Hmm, very odd. I did not make any changes. I just checked and hyperlinks still works… like you can go to the shapeshift flickr site. Or you can just paste in the URL, like http://www.flickr.com/photos/shapeshift/.

Anyway, this is very abstract, in a way that departs from anything we are familiar with right now. Also the animation does not show much so you have to imagine the possibilities yourself through the spoken words.

I remember working on Web stuff when it first came out because I was in the right place at the right time. It was something that was very difficult to explain to others unless they could experience it themselves. I was excited about future possibilities even then. However, a friend of mine said at the time that she can never sit at a computer and read news or anything else. I wonder how much she uses the Internet now? Well that was almost 15 years ago. Now the pace of change is accelerating.

I have seen something about the twisting building although I thought it was in another country.
