    just in reply to your last paragraph … really stunning bit of logic there! Threatening to cut off funding for the anti-drug operations is really ironic, since the US and Europe would be damaging themselves by allowing more narcotics to enter their own countries. I have difficulty in accepting the “moral authority” that western countries feel they have in controlling the ambitions of Iran regarding nuclear technology. I feel that either all countries or more prferably no countries should have nuclear technology. This would help put all nations on a more equal footing and thus fostera mutual respect between them rather than some dominating others….

    Yes, but the war on drugs is a scam anyway so it follows that twisted logic.
