But six months after forming, the joint force is suffering from a shortage of troops and a lack of equipment. thanks for this… hadnt really been tracking this issue lately. I had no idea Chinese troops were part of the UN mission there. Seems ironic, but apparently they are the only ones living up to their commitments.
